Jun 6, 2006, 10:18 PM: Scary movie aficionado? I think not.

Well, I met up with Alili, Aida, Leshia and Jan today to watch "The Omen". Unfortunately it was sold out so we had to settle with the other, less attractive "The Nun".
The movie began with a group of rebelious Catholic boarding school girls bitching about their nun/teacher. Nun comes into their classroom, chokes one of the students, and the student, all grown up, wakes up- it was all a nightmare. Then, with the help of some creepy sond effects, the girl, now all grown up, walks into the kitchen, to find her sink full of water. Even more tension-rising sound effects linger in the air and the water takes the shape of a nun and slits her throat.
Sounds all too familiar. But hey, the movie just begain, so I decided to give it another chance. Carried on watching for about, 20 minutes... and dozed off when some girl was about to die. To think I paid $7.50 to watch a cliche scary movie unfold, whlist sleeping on a seat too stiff for anyone to comfortably enjoy a movie. Anyway, "The Nun" was some thing like "Hide And Seek" mixed with alittle "Scary Movie 1,2,3 or 4" and a hint of "Final Destination". Entertaining? Well, it should have, but poor casting made everything go down the drain. Not to mention the whole clishe-ness of the plot. Oh, and the script! It was completely HORRENDOUS. But, that aside, the next movie I wanna watch is "She's the Man" or "Cars" since I've heard so much about all of them. But then again, I shouldn't get my hopes to high.
So yeah, after that I went to pick up my COUNCIL TEE. Its cute. It has a tie drawn in front in yellow, and at the back it has something like "No matter what happens, it still doesn't change who the person below the tie is". I'll get pictures of it up soon cause we'll be wearing it when we have our bonding session in... SENTOSA. I mean, they even booked a hotel room at the Sijori Resort! Haha, anyway... I was bored... so...
instead of X's put numbers, and title it i've expierenced ___ out of 155 things so far in my life

[ ] I have licked a frozen pole and got stuck there.
[15] I have stayed up til 2 doing homework/projects.
[ ] I currently have a job.
